Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates
Standard shipping is $9.99 for all orders. Free shipping is available on all orders over $50. Expedited and overnight shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
Delivery Times
Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days after processing. Expedited shipping takes 2–3 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Temperature Sensitive Items
Our whipped body butters are temperature-sensitive products. During warm weather months (May–September), we recommend selecting expedited shipping to prevent melting during transit. We are not responsible for products that melt due to standard shipping in warm weather.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. If you have not received tracking information within 7 business days of your order, please contact us.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Please keep all packaging materials for potential carrier claims.
