Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
We want you to love your Maison de Flamme purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different product of equal or lesser value. If you would like a product of greater value, you will be charged the difference. To request an exchange, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened candles, used body care products, or items that have been burned or applied. Sale items and gift cards are also final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no cost to you. We stand behind the quality of every product we create.
